Margaret was the featured speaker at the Central Fort Bend Chamber’s Success in 60: The Working Power Hour. There is one word to describe her…dynamic! Margaret didn’t just stand and deliver a boring presentation. She was lively, passionate and effective. She kept everyone’s attention as she made us get out of our seats and interact with one another. She was so commanding that we lost track of time and no one in the room noticed or cared. She taught us how to be more proactive and adaptable to change the SOS in our lives to WOW. Thank you Margaret for your amazing energy and engaging style. Our lunch-n-learn was a great success because of you.
— Leslie, Special Events Director, Central Fort Bend Chamber
Our organization had the pleasure of listening to Margaret speak at our latest team building event. She was energetic, relatable, and her captivating presentation kept everyone engaged. Her content included how to bust assumptions, how to resolve conflicts, and how to better connect with coworkers through hands on activities. She also offered a variety of exercises geared to improve communication in the workplace and shared her own life experiences that resonated with all audience members. Our group was comprised of engineers, project managers, and leadership executives. Though only a short time has passed since this event, the positive impact of lessons learned from Margaret have already started to ripple among our team and we look forward to future company events with Margaret.

I was privileged to attend the Global EA/PA Summit in NYC April 9-10, 2019. Margaret was the Chairperson of the summit and also spoke several times. She is a wonderful speaker – full of positive energy and enthusiasm. Margaret is the only engineer I know that also has great people skills and connectivity as well as the logical, analytical, thoughtful part of many engineers.
She is an interactive speaker and really drew the attendees out and into contributing and working in groups and networking with each other.
Margaret is a great coach and just a bright and shining person. It’s fun and educational to be around her.

I’ve seen Margaret present at PMI (Project Management Institute) Conferences with audiences of up to 200 people. What impressed me the most is that her presentations had full audiences even though they were given towards the end of the day. That is unusual to see. I was also impressed with the fact she held the audience’s attention the entire time and was highly entertaining. She had me laughing, had people playing fun games and played music that kept the energy level high the whole time.
She is absolutely without a doubt the most engaging speaker I’ve ever seen and I see a lot of speakers all the time.
— Aja Vickers Global Media
Margaret gave the most interactive and dynamic presentation I’ve ever attended. She encouraged and rewarded audience participation throughout the presentation, so at the end of the presentation when she asked who wanted a copy of her book and a free hour of coaching, I raced to the front of the room to take it. In our session, Margaret gave me an exercise to do that led to a breakthrough in my job search. She lives up to her motto of busting assumptions, unleashing creativity, and taking courageous risks for increased performance.
